  Went in to get coffee and snacks after a long road trip, the cashier was on speaker phone on a personal call ringing our customers, manager standing behind her not saying a word. I will never stop here again. I got my gas and left. Way to bring in the new year with first class customer service.

  I would like to thank all the gals and manager who were working 10/6/16, noon to 3. During all the hectic customer surges with evacuations and lines at the pumps...these ladies were so very kind to me!! I recently finished a trip across the country in a motorhome. I park/stored my RV in Auburndale and a friend heading across the state was kind enough to drop me at the Pilot Station to wait for another friend who got hung up. I asked if it would be alright to unload and sit outside to wait and the mgr. said I could wait inside and not have to worry about the rain!! I would like to thank the helpful customers when I was bringing in one of my heavy boxes.

  This is not a Truck stop no parking at all for semi not impressed what so ever. Will not be stopping here for anything.it doesn't even deserve one star.
